Parent Policy & Code of Engagement (Legally Binding) — For Parents & Students. Strictly Enforced.
Please read before enrolling. These terms are binding. Violation may result in termination of services in accordance with the policies below.

2. Strict Payment Policy (Mandatory) — All payments must be made only to Unique Home Tutors through official payment channels. Parents and students are strictly prohibited from making any payment directly to tutors.
3. Direct Payment Disclaimer — If any payment is made directly to a tutor, Unique Home Tutors shall not be responsible or liable for:

4. No Bypass Policy — Parents and students are strictly prohibited from engaging tutors privately or continuing classes outside Unique Home Tutors. Any attempt to bypass the platform may result in immediate termination of services.
5. Communication & Scheduling — All class scheduling, rescheduling, support requests, complaints, and communication should be routed through Unique Home Tutors.
6. Tutor Replacement Policy — If dissatisfied, parents should inform Unique Home Tutors. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement tutor.
7. Refund Policy — Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except where specifically approved under the Refund Policy of Unique Home Tutors.
8. Termination Rights — Unique Home Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of policy violations, misconduct, non-payment, or non-compliance.
9. Acceptance of Terms — By enrolling, booking a demo, paying fees, or continuing services, the parent or student agrees to comply with all policies of Unique Home Tutors.

Full Parent Policy (Legally Binding)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Unique Home Tutors ("the Platform", "the Company", "Unique Home Tutors") whether by booking a demo class, registering a student, paying any fee, or allowing a tutor assigned by the Company to conduct home or online classes, the Parent/Guardian/Student enters into a legally binding agreement with Unique Home Tutors and agrees to comply with all applicable policies.
2. Purpose of this Policy
Unique Home Tutors invests significant time, resources, and operational effort into recruiting, screening, onboarding, training, managing, and monitoring tutors. This policy protects:

3. Strict No-Bypass Clause
Parents and students are prohibited from:

4. Mandatory Use of Official Channels
All communication, scheduling, fee payments, complaints, tutor changes, and service requests must be routed through official channels:
Personal accounts, personal UPI IDs, personal bank accounts, and personal payment requests from tutors are not authorized.

Unique Home Tutors shall not be responsible for any loss, dispute, payment issue, misconduct, academic issue, or service quality concern arising from private arrangements made directly between parents and tutors outside the platform.
7. Conduct & Respect Towards Tutors
Parents, students, and family members are expected to maintain professional conduct.
Tutors shall not be required to:

Tutor profiles, qualifications, demo details, and personal information are confidential.

9. Demo Class Policy
Students may receive a free demo class subject to availability.
Unique Home Tutors reserves the right to refuse repeated demo requests that appear excessive, abusive, or intended solely to evaluate multiple tutors without genuine enrollment intent.
10. Payments & Fee Cycles
Monthly fees are payable in advance. Delayed payments may result in:

11. Tutor Change Policy
Parents may request tutor replacement. Once a tutor has been replaced, further engagement with the previous tutor outside the platform is prohibited.
All replacement decisions remain subject to tutor availability.
12. Non-Solicitation Policy
For twenty-four (24) months following any assignment, parents agree not to directly engage tutors introduced through Unique Home Tutors without written approval from the company.
13. Indemnity
Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unique Home Tutors, its employees, representatives, coordinators, and affiliates against losses arising from policy violations or unauthorized actions.
14. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
16. Continued Acceptance
Booking a demo, registering a student, making a payment, or continuing services constitutes acceptance of this policy and any future revisions published by Unique Home Tutors.
17. Advance Fee & Tutor Payment System
Unique Home Tutors collects tuition fees in advance. Tutors are paid only through official company channels after class verification and completion of the applicable cycle.
Parents must not provide:

18. Tutor Gap Coverage Policy
If classes are missed from the tutor's side due to illness, leave, or scheduling issues, the tutor will make reasonable efforts to compensate the missed classes.
Where applicable, due-date adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Unique Home Tutors.
19. Parent & Student Holiday Policy
Summer Vacation (May–June) — Holiday adjustments may be accommodated subject to tutor availability and prior notification.
Regular Academic Session (July Onwards) — If students take holidays, only 50% of missed classes may be compensated, or equivalent due-date adjustments may be considered as per company policy.
20. Recontinuation Policy
If classes are discontinued and later resumed with the same tutor after a significant gap, continuation or slot-reservation charges may apply.
Alternatively, classes may restart with a different tutor under a new schedule and fee cycle.
21. Official Communication Requirement
All class gaps, holidays, complaints, payment queries, discontinuation requests, restart requests, and scheduling changes must be reported through official Unique Home Tutors channels.
Verbal arrangements between parents and tutors shall not be considered official records.
22. Refund & Remaining Session Policy
Parents are advised to carefully plan tuition requirements before making payments.
Refund requests must be raised during the active plan period and are subject to the Refund Policy.

Any approved refund shall be calculated based on eligible unused sessions and processed to the original payment source after necessary deductions, where applicable.
Final Acknowledgement
By booking a demo, registering, making payment, or continuing classes through Unique Home Tutors, the parent, guardian, and student acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Parent Policy in its entirety.
