1. Advance Fee Policy
Unique Home Tutors collects tuition fees in advance from parents and students. All fees must be paid only through the official payment channels provided by Unique Home Tutors, including:
Educational services, tutor allocation, demo conversion, and regular classes will commence only after the required advance fee has been successfully received and verified.
2. No Direct Payment to Tutors
Tutors are strictly prohibited from collecting tuition fees directly from parents or students.
Similarly, parents and students are strongly advised not to make any direct payment to tutors without prior written approval from Unique Home Tutors.
Any direct financial transaction between a parent and tutor shall be considered unauthorized and outside the operational framework of Unique Home Tutors.
In such cases:
Any consequences resulting from unauthorized direct dealings shall be the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
3. Tutor Salary & Payout Process
Tutor payments and salaries are processed only through the official authorized payment channels of Unique Home Tutors.
Tutor payouts are released only after:
Tutors must not request, accept, or negotiate payments directly with parents under any circumstances.
Any violation may result in suspension, withholding of payouts, or permanent removal from the platform.
4. Salary Confirmation & Support Channel
For any tutor payout, salary confirmation, payment status, or finance-related queries, tutors must contact only the official support channel:
Communication through unofficial channels may not be considered for payment processing or support.
5. Refunds
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, limited exceptions may be considered in accordance with the official Refund Policy published by Unique Home Tutors.

6. Payment Verification
Parents are requested to share the payment transaction screenshot after every payment for faster verification and account reconciliation.
Accepted payment proof may include:
Failure to provide payment confirmation may delay verification and service activation.
7. Delayed Payments
Monthly fees must be paid within the prescribed due date.
In case of delayed payments:
Any continuation of services after delayed payment shall be subject to tutor availability and management approval.
8. Payment Disputes
Any payment-related dispute must be reported to Unique Home Tutors immediately.
Management will review:
The final decision of Unique Home Tutors regarding payment disputes shall be considered binding.
9. Policy Acceptance
By making any payment to Unique Home Tutors, parents, students, and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Fee & Payment Policy.
Continued use of services shall constitute acceptance of this policy and any future revisions published by Unique Home Tutors.
