1. Tutor-Side Gap Policy
If any class gaps occur due to the tutor's side (including illness, personal leave, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or other reasons), the tutor shall make every reasonable effort to cover the pending classes by Sunday of the same week.
If the pending classes are not covered within the stipulated period, Unique Home Tutors reserves the right to proportionately extend the tutor's payment cycle, due date, or compensation schedule based on the number of pending classes remaining.
Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Unique Home Tutors.
2. Summer Vacation Holiday Policy (May–June)
Holidays taken by parents or students during the summer vacation period (typically May and June) shall generally be considered and adjusted within the class schedule without additional charges.
To avail such adjustments:

3. Regular Academic Session Holiday Policy (July Onwards)
After the regular academic session begins (from July onwards), if parents or students take holidays, the tutor shall be required to compensate for only 50% of the missed classes.
Example: If a student misses 6 classes, the tutor will be required to cover 3 classes.
Alternatively, the parent's fee due date may be extended proportionately for half the number of missed classes, depending on mutual agreement and operational feasibility.
The final adjustment method shall be determined by Unique Home Tutors after considering the circumstances of both parties.
4. Mandatory Gap Reporting
Any class gap, leave request, holiday, cancellation, schedule change, pause request, or absence from either:

5. Discretion of Unique Home Tutors

6. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in services provided by Unique Home Tutors, parents, students, and tutors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Gap & Compensation Policy.
Continued use of services shall constitute acceptance of the policy and any future updates published by Unique Home Tutors.
